Sue's Artichoke Dip

 

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

1 clove minced garlic (I use powder)

 

Mix all ingredients and spoon into 9" quiche dish or pie plate. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasted French bread.

Sue's sister Jen is also a former Strikepointer. Here's Jen's version of Sue's recipe:

1 can artichoke hearts
8 oz. cream cheese
8 - 16 oz. sour cream (8oz to 16oz)
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup Parmesan
dump in a bunch of minced garlic to taste
any other spices you like. Sometimes I put in some seasoning salt, sometimes not.
