1 2-lb. bag frozen
hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tsp salt
Pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional) I hate onions!
1 can cream of celery soup
1 12-oz. carton sour cream
2 c. shredded chedder cheese
Potato chips (crushed)
Paprika
Pour mixture into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with a layer of crushed potato chips. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 12.
