6 Roma tomatoes
1/2 to 1 onion (any kind, or could use some white and some red)
1/2 to 1 green pepper
Chopped cilantro to taste (Strikepoint likes LOTS of cilantro!)
Garlic salt to taste
Chop vegetables fine, mix well. Let the salsa sit for a few hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. Serve with chips.
Make a double batch; it's that good!
