Work quickly so the cake doesn't melt!
Crush 15 Oreos, and combine with 1 tbsp. milk. Place on bottom of greased springform pan.
Cut 9-10 ice cream sandwiches in quarters and place around the edge of the pan.
Soften 3 pints of ice cream (assorted flavors, you choose your favorites - in Eau Claire it was vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate) and layer on top of crushed cookies.
Spread a small container of Cool Whip on top.
Freeze.
