1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo light corn syrup

Bring these to a boil and remove from heat.

Add 1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter.

Stir in 6 c. Special K cereal.

Spread quickly into a lightly buttered 9x13 pan.

6 oz. butterscotch chips
6 oz. chocolate chips

Melt together and spread over bars. Cut while still warm.
