Tater Tot Hotdish

 

1  lb. ground turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. round tater tots
1 c. Monterey Jack Mexican cheese

 

Preheat oven to 425. Spray casserole dish or 9x13 pan with no-stick spray.

Brown ground turkey. Mix with can of soup.

Line bottom of casserole dish with frozen tater tots. Mix some frozen tater tots in with the ground turkey and soup mixture. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle a few more tots on top.

Cover with tin foil and bake 35-40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
